Özmermer Flour company produces wheat flour in Gaziantep/Turkey. We established our flour factory in Gaziantep 4th Organised industrial zone, with a fully automated new system on a plot of 50.000 square meters, with a wheat processing capacity of 450 tons per day. We offer the flour we produce to our valued consumers, with over 28 years pf experience, in its natural state and standardised quality. We produce all-purpose flour (multi-purpose flour), French bread/baguette flour, pita bread flour, lavash/tortilla flour, cake-pastry flour, phyllo flour and baklava flour. We export flour to the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. We export flour in 50 kg, 25 kg, 5 kg and 1 kg package options. We have participated in the most important food fairs in the world, such as: World Food Fair in Istanbul, Sial international food exhibition in Paris and Gulfood exhibition in Dubai.
