In 2012, we have decided to turn our amateur olive business to professional, efficient and sustainable business. Since then, we have planted almost 15,000 olive trees and produce variety of olive and olive oils with traditional methods as well as modern techniques. In 2018, we have built our hygienic and modern factory in which we process and package our own olive and olive oils. Hence, we ensure the sustainability and traceability of all our own products. This allows us to control and assess the quality of olive fruits and olive oils at every level of the manufacturing process. Currently, we are the largest olive tree farmer as well as industry leader in Cyprus.
