ABOUT Kuzey Knife is an important brand that produces and exports traditional Sürmene knives. Our company produces high quality and durable knives by combining the original designs of traditional Sürmene knives with modern technologies. Since 2006, Kuzey Knife has aimed to continuously raise the quality standards in knife production with Surkarbisa brand. In 2022, the company started to continue its journey with a new brand as Kuzey Knife, in order to introduce its products to the international market.Our company respects our local community and Turkey’s cultural heritage and brings a modern perspective to traditional Sürmene knives.
OUR MISSION As Kuzey Knife, our mission is to produce quality and authentic Sürmene knives and to preserve and keep alive our traditional handicrafts. The quality, craftsmanship and authenticity of our knives provide a unique product experience that we offer to our customers.
