We are offering the highest quality bulgur which is produced from hard durum wheat. The wheat is purchased from more than 2000 local farmers in Konya – Karaman (inner Anatolia / Turkey) district only during harvest season, after passing strict quality control (wheat that does not comply with our standards is not accepted). Afterward, the grain is being cleaned, the foreign materials and damaged grain pieces are being removed, and grain is being washed, boiled, dried and cracked in real stone mills. No additives and colorants are added, so the acquired bulgur is as natural as it can be. This is what makes DURU bulgur special!
