ACTIVITIES

Group activities are operationally divided into two:

1. Residential Heating Division (RHD) 2. Process Heating Division (PHD) 

RHD manufactures and markets central heating boilers and all related equipment.

PHD markets industrial steam, superheated water and diathermic oil boilers and the components for industrial boiler rooms, such as pumps, controls and other secondary components. The contracting group installs turnkey boiler rooms for industrial customers.

 

PRODUCTION

Yozgat Factory manufactures hot water, superheated water, steam, diathermic oil and waste heat boilers, steam generators, heat exchangers, economizers, chimneys and pressure containers. 

 

Yozgat Province supports regional investment incentives and is located 200 km east of Ankara. in central Anatolia. Yozgat is strategically close to natural gas pipelines extending from east, west and and from north to south. 

 

The factory is in the Yozgat Organized Industry Zone and comprises a 50,000-m2 outdoor area and 15,000-m2 indoor area.

 

HUMAN RESOURCES

270 people work at the group’s Istanbul headquarters, the Ankara regional directorate, the Yozgat factory and the company in Romania. 

 

MARKETS

The group operates in all boiler segments in 45 countries across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, including France, Italy, Spain, the UK and Russia. Erensan is also a contract manufacturer for leading boiler manufacturers around the world. 

 

 

INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY

With its own team of engineers in its R&D department, the group designs boilers, pressure containers, heat exchangers and economizers, and develops products for different applications.

 

CERTIFICATIONS

The group obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate in 1999. In addition, it has also obtained certificates from approved organizations and independent assessment bodies, such as the Turkish Standards Institute, Bureau Veritas, Turkish Lloyd, GOST, Gosgortechnadzor, Ukrpro, ISCIR, DVGW, Advantica, Szutest and Technigas. 

 

COOPERATION

Erensan Group has had a strategic partnership agreement with Groupe Atlantic of France for the sales of substitute boilers in Turkey and other countries.

 

The group also acts as the distributor of Italy’s C.I.B Unigas Burners Company.

 

PHD DIVISION

 

Erensan’s field of specialization is industrial boilers. Our production range is up to 23 MW and the production schedule covers boilers, heat exchangers, pressure containers and reactors.

 

The contract group conducts turnkey delivery projects for regional heating, steam and diathermic oil boiler rooms.

 

Products are manufactured in accordance with European directives and norms. OOrganizations such as Bureau Veritas (CE certification), Turkish Lloyd, TSE, ISO 9001 (Bureau Veritas), GOST and Gosgortechnadzor (Russian Federation), Ukrpro (Ukraine), Bureau Veritas (welder certification and welding procedures) have certified the group’s products, system and personnel.

 

RHD DIVISION

 

The RHD division specializes in the production of hot water boilers and other related equipment for central heating, with a production range of up to 5 MW.

 

Modern production facilities have been built in the Yozgat Organized Industry Zone comprising a 50,000-m2 outdoor area and 15,000-m2 indoor area. The RHD Division’s 200 employees implement quality standards according to European requirements.

 

Bureau Veritas, TSE, TÜVSÜD, DVGW, Advantica, Szutest and Technigas certify the products.

 

ISILAB 

ISILAB was founded in 2004 to conduct Type Tests on hot water boilers within the scope of Directive 92/42/AT of Turkey on Hot Water Boilers, and Directive 2009/142/AT on Gas Burning Devices. 

 

At ISILAB, within the scope of the above-mentioned directives, hot water boilers with capacity of 30,000 kcal per hour and 2,500,000 kcal per hour can be measured for: 

 

  1. Full load and partial load thermal capacity identification 
  2. Full load and partial load thermal productivity identification 
  3. Full load and partial load heat loss identification 
  • Emission measurements (CO, CO2, SO2, NOx and unburned hydrocarbons) 
  • Sootiness and total particle substance
  • Water-side resistance (pressure loss) 
  • Smoke-side resistance (pressure loss) identification and 
  • Chimney draught measurement
