Erciyas Steel Pipe; the origin of Erciyas Holding, was founded by Metallurgical Engineer Ahmet Kamil Erciyas in 1990 .Erciyas Steel Pipe started its operations in Izmit factory with one coating machine, one engineer and three employees.

The construction of its state-of-the-art Duzce facility, which has 120.000 MTons per year manufacturing capacity, has started.

Erciyas Steel Pipe produced a World’s First ODØ 3048 mm (120 inches) spiral pipe in 2001.

Erciyas Steel Pipe’s production capacity reached 300.000 MTons (2018) per year, and by this way  won the contract for the Tamanrasset Salah Drinking Water Project in Algeria, the longest pipeline production undertaken by a single manufacturer within just18 months. Accordingly Erciyas Steel Pipe became The 25th Largest Exporter and selected to represent Turkey at the European business awards.

Erciyas Steel Pipe entered Turkey Industry 100 list with its sustainable growth policy and became 2nd fastest growing company in FORTUNE 500.

Erciyas Steel Pipe Co. became “the factory that capable of producing the highest capacities in a single settlement in Europe” by increasing its production capacity from 300.000 mtons (2018) to 450.000 MTons per year in 2012.

Erciyas Holding bought 51% of Ozbal Steel Pipe and increased production capacity from 450.000 Mtons (2012) to 600.000 Mtons per year in 2016. Erciyas Steel Pipe became the largest capacity manufacturer in Europe.

Erciyas Hyperloop Technology Industry Inc. was established as a partnership between Erciyas Steel Pipe Co. and RC Endüstri Ulaşım Araçları A.Ş., a group company in 2023. The new entity brings together two main areas of expertise: wagon building and large diameter tubes manufacturing. The joint venture aims to propel forward the development and production of innovative solutions integral to the hyperloop transportation system. Erciyas Steel Pipe Co. ranked 4th among the “Top 50 Most Innovative Companies” in Turkey in 2023 thanks to its Hyperloop Project.

Erciyas Çelik Boru and its subsidiary Erciyas Tech Ventures Teknoloji have established a new partnership in 2024, Blacksteel Technology Investments, with Çimtaş Çelik, a subsidiary of Enka İnşaat, with a 50%-50% shareholding.

Production Range : Spiral Welded Steel Pipes with an outer diameter range of 273.1-4064.0 mm and a wall thickness range of 4-35 mm. We can produce water and gas pipes in a single length of 18 m, while pile pipes can be produced in a single length of 55 metres (without pipe joints). Additionally, the internal and external insulation applications for these pipes are carried out in our integrated facilities. Our factories have a total production capacity of 600,000 tons.

At Erciyas Steel Pipe’s Düzce and Mersin factories, which are part of the Erciyas Holding A.Ş. group of companies, we manufacture Spiral Welded Steel Pipes (HSAW) with an outer diameter range of 273.1-4064.0 mm and a wall thickness range of 5-35 mm.
