Company decided to acquire most modern top of the line Denim Manufacturing Machinery (mostly European Brands) Details of which are stated as below: 1 Warping Machine 2 Warp Dyeing Machine Slasher and Rope technique 3 Sizing Machine 4 Weaving Machines 5 Mercerizing 6 Finishing Machine 7 Sanforizing 8 Coating Machine 9 Stenter 10 Bleaching 11 Pad Batch and Pad sky Dyeing 12 Printing machine This state of art and technologically advanced plant started production and has run by a group of most experienced professionals who are considered as pace makers in Turkey’s denim industry. The production capacity is approximately 1.000.000 meters per month. We are producing all kinds of denim fabrics ranging from 4.5 oz to 13.5 oz accredited by BCI cotton, with certifications of Oeko Tex, GRS, GOTS as well. Basic Denims in Ring Slub, OE, Cross Hatch, Polyester elasthan, Dual Fx, tencel/lyocell denim, viscose and linen blends, polyester viscose and other blends in also sustainable projects with rigid & stretch forms.
