We are a travel agency based in Trabzon, on the shores of the Black Sea, capital of a tourist region known for its nature, its mountains which offer a multitude of possibilities for hiking and its famous rivers by the abundant practice of " Rafting"
We are also specialized in GEORGIA. We combine "Black Sea / Journey to the heart of nature & Georgia / Wine country"
We organize trips in small groups (5 to 10 in a 17-seater minibus);
(11 to 20 in a 27-seater midibus) where each participant is closely looked after and does not feel alone! in a bus with 40 participants.
If you want to make an extraordinary holiday by discovering a region with its plateaus, its rivers, its mountains, its culture as well as its cuisine, let yourself be guided by our guides / guides, all professionals, who know their job.
We can essentially classify our services into 4 categories:
The discovery of the region,
Georgia,
the climbs,
Ski touring.
The discovery of the region
We organize trips of 4 / 7 days for "The discovery of the region" and for "Georgia". We also combine the two. These tours are for anyone who is able to walk a maximum of 4 / 5 hours a day often in nature admiring rivers, waterfalls, lakes etc in all their beauty and tranquility, so almost everything the world. J Apart from the monuments traditionally visited by the general public, of course we discover historical monuments and cities which are far from the eyes and the reach of all.
Who knows, maybe we will meet the Amazons on their horses or we will find the Golden Fleece supposedly hidden in the region for centuries and vainly sought in the region by the Argonauts.
On the high plateaus of the Kackar mountains which divide the geographical region of the Black Sea and North-East Anatolia in two, peoples have been meeting for thousands of years to exchange goods and to stay there during the hot days of summer. On the other hand, the goods arriving on boats at the port of Trabzon in the direction of the east passed through these mountains through which the Silk Road passed.
The region alone has over 38% of the botanical diversity of all of Turkey. This wealth seems more than enough for a trip to the area where scenes await photo hunters. And another warning to photo enthusiasts who must come with a bag full of film because the lakes, the waterfalls, the valleys, under the constant movement of the clouds offer snapshots not to be missed.
As for the local cuisine, it amazes us with its diversity. One cannot imagine a dinner without anchovies, the main and abundant food, caught and served in a thousand and one ways and also without but which is the basis of most of the dishes served. Although modernized these two elements are still the basis of local cuisine.
Georgia
Georgia is a country in the South Caucasus on the shores of the Black Sea. occupied by
the Red Army on February 25, 1921 was named the Soviet Socialist Republic of Georgia and declared its independence again on April 9, 1990 shortly before the collapse of the USSR. It has been part of the Council of Europe since August 27, 1999.
With its 69,700 km² and its 5,200,000 inhabitants, the economy of the country is based on agriculture and above all on the presence of huge vineyards.
The republic's capital, Tibilisi, has a population of 1,345,000 and its name means "hot" in connection with the city's sulfur baths. The city hosts several museums and churches, each one more interesting than the other by their architecture.
The escalations
Kaçkar - Vercenik
In the region two peaks not to be missed for those experienced in climbing and hiking. Kaçkar (3927 Mt.), 4th in Turkey, has two routes, one of which requires technical climbing and the other, with good acclimatization, is easily accessible by a hiker.
Ağrı (Ararat)
From the top of its 5137 meters, the highest mountain of Turkey, Ağrı, dominates the plateaus of Iğdır and Doğubayezit. Its summit is covered with snow and glaciers all year round. It takes 45 days to obtain the necessary permit to climb Mount Ararat. There are currently 2 routes to get there. That of Doğubeyazit (from the south) and that of Iğdır (from the north). The southern route is easier while in the north we attack the glacier from 4350 meters.
We organize the ascent of Mount Ağrı on both sides (north and south) for groups of 2 to 10 participants.
