Founded in Bursa as part of the Uludağ Exporters' Association in 1993, The Uludağ Fruit and Vegetable Products Exporters' Association (UMSMİB) exported $92 million initially, while this figure reached $270 million by the end of 2021.

As UMSMIB, as of 2021, an evaluation of export data by groups of goods shows that the products that come to the forefront are Canned Fruits and Vegetables Parts, Soda Waters-Mineral Waters-Soft Drinks, Frozen Vegetables, Frozen Fruits, Beer, Canned Citrus Fruits, Mixed Fruit and Vegetable Juices, Canned Patatoes, Other Fruit Juices and Waters Ice and Snow. Our most important export markets are Germany, United States, Netherlands, Iraq, United Kingdom, Greece, Bulgaria, Israel, South Korea, Japan and Russian Federation.
