With 1.500 tons/day crushing, 700 tons/day refining and 1.100 tons/day filling capacities AVES at Turkey’s largest fully integrated oilseed processing and biodiesel facility which is installed in Mersin on a 120-decare land, producing 1 million tons of edible oil, olive cake and biodiesel per year.
With a capacity of 84.000 cubic meter silo and 28.000 cubic meter vessel storage, AVES has a smart shelf storage system with 7.500 euro pallet capacity as installed on 5.000 meter square area.
Extending day by day its domestic and foreign market shares with SAFYA branded sunflower oil for which it guarantees same quality in the first bottle and one millionth bottle and exporting SAFYA sunflower oil to more than 60 countries; AVES carries out full production processes from fields to tables.
AVES has a significant advantage in logistic costs compared to its competitors, completing its supply chain with Turkey’s third largest petroleum and edible oil storage facility with 220.000 cubic meter capacity located in Mersin and with SAVKA offshore port of ship loading/unloading.
AVES oilseeds processing facility has ISO 9001 Quality, FSSC 22000 Food Safety, ISO 14001 Environment, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 27001 Information Safety Management Systems and TS 886 Edible Sunflower seed oil product certificate, HALAL and KOSHER certifications. AVES is also a Class A1 member of FOSFA, a leading organization in edible oil and oilseed industry.
