Omega Group has been operating as a freight forwarder in Türkiye for over 24 years. Due to the high volume of ocean freight exports and imports between the USA, Türkiye, and India, we have expanded our presence by establishing new branch offices in both the United States and India. In the Aegean region of Türkiye, we provide logistics services using our own fleet of trucks, panel vans, and warehouses. Additionally, we are actively investing in our new venture, NAVLUNAL, with the goal of becoming a regional logistics unicorn in the U.S. market. Our core strength lies in ocean freight and air cargo exports from the U.S., and we also offer contract-based sea freight services to Canada, Brazil, China, France, Germany, the UK, Italy, and African countries. In Türkiye, our team has strong local market knowledge, expertise in customs clearance, and offers bonded warehousing services in İzmit-Gebze and Aliağa-İzmir, along with port handling operations in Istanbul, İzmir, Gemlik, and Mersin. In the United States, we work with a reliable agent network and have capabilities to manage operations on both the East and West coasts. Our services include Cross Trade, FCL/LCL, LTL/FTL, air cargo, warehousing (New Jersey, Houston, Chicago), distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, customs clearance, domestic and international road transport, and small parcel distribution. With the increasing demand for e-export logistics in the U.S., we launched an in-house startup called NAVLUNAL, following nearly two years of R&D and software development. Through NAVLUNAL, we now offer fulfillment services even for shipments as small as one parcel. For TR-USA shipments under 2 kg, we provide fixed-rate shipping options thanks to a long-term agreement with PTT, allowing businesses to send samples or small goods at stable rates for six months. For U.S.-based e-export orders, we handle packaging and dispatch within 24 hours, once the seller sends their products or packaging materials to our U.S. warehouse. We also support non-incorporated clients or businesses looking to hold stock in the U.S., offering flexible and end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to their needs. In collaboration with our partner under the TOBB Chicago Project, we offer cost-effective services such as: • Warehousing in Chicago • Showroom usage • E-export operations • Courier shipments • U.S. company formation consulting for Turkish firms • Trade fair participation • Business matchmaking with potential buyers These services are supported by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, allowing Turkish exporters to benefit from: • 70% refunds on e-export logistics • 30% discounts on value-added services All these processes can be easily managed through our NAVLUNAL online panel, where clients can track orders, upload documents, make payments via credit card, monitor their 70% refund status, and even access updates coordinated via Turkish commercial attachés. Additionally, we support business matchmaking between U.S.-based distributors and importers—especially in the food, construction, rug & carpet, and marble sectors—and Turkish exporters. We act as a bridge to facilitate strong commercial relationships
