Deniz Textile is a vertical company which was founded in Denizli in 1994. It contains 3 spinning mills, 1 knitting, 1 dyehouse, 1 placement print facility and 6 confection factories with 2500 workers.
Deniz Textile was founded in Denizli in 1994. The production plant of the company is located on a land of 220.000 m2 involving an 110.000 m2 indoor area consisting of the departments i.e. yarn & knitting department, printing department, dyeing department and confection department.
The total employment capacity of the plant is 2500 people composed of 1900 employees in the ready wear department, 400 employees in the yarn & knitting department and 200 employees in the dyeing department.
3 Spinning mills' total capacity is 42 tons/day.
Knitting capacity is 25 tons/day with 87 machines.
Fabric dyeing capacity is 30 tons/day and also yarn dyeing capacity is 3 tons/day.
Placement print capacity is 15.000 pieces/day.
Confection capacity is 2.250.000 pieces/day.
Deniz Tekstil obtains 37.4% of the energy from solar panels.
Dyehouse includes test lab. and dyeing lab. which are accredited from brands such as H&M, Bestseller etc.
We have scope sertifications (GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS, Lenzing etc..)
In environment part, we are a part of Higg-FEM and TheBhive.
We have ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and FSLM, BSCI, Sedex and Fama.
