Topsit A.S. initially established as a contracting company in 1973, has evolved into a trade and manufacturing company in late 80s. It is the licensed manufacturer and exclusive distributor of Xypex Concrete Waterproofing products since 1987, authorized to export to part of Middle East and all of CIS countries in the Caspian Region. Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan are the target export markets.  Xypex is used in and on concrete to maintain its waterproofing permanently and thus enhancing its protection as long as the concrete structure stands.
