Asil Çelik San. ve Tic. A.S. It was established in 1974 to produce qualified and special steels, mainly for the automotive industry, and started its production activities in 1979. Within the scope of the investment, there are a Meltshop with Arc Furnace, Rolling Mills where thin and thick bars can be produced, Completion Lines where the produced materials will be checked and Quality Control Laboratories. In this context, a functional organizational structure has been established, specialization has been given importance and care has been taken to select personnel who are experienced and knowledgeable in the production of high-quality and alloy steel. The raw materials used in production are supplied from domestic and foreign markets according to the specifications prepared in the light of international standards and are subject to meticulous control at the entrance. Orders procured from domestic and foreign markets are produced in accordance with international standards and / or customer specific requirements, and process controls are carried out at every stage of production, ensuring that the products are made ready for shipment to customers. In line with additional investments and improvements made over the years, the final product capacity, which was established as 150,000 tons / year, reached 260,000 tons / year of liquid steel and 235,000 tons / year of finished product until 2000. Later, with the new investments made, the liquid steel capacity was increased to 550,000 tons / year and the finished product production capacity to 450,000 tons / year.
