Behind DUDOMI, there is a two-year research and development process led by Erişler Gıda, one of Turkiye’s pioneer wheat flour producers.
The content of DUDOMI is simply natural as it contains only wheat flour, vegetable oil, salt and spices. No MSG has been added to DUDOMI and nothing unnatural such as GMO, food coloring, artificial preservatives, sweeteners, and artificial flavors has been added either.
DUDOMI is so easy to prepare; it only takes 3 minutes and some hot water to prepare the whole DUDOMI package. The DUDOMI products are available in 60 gram Cup, 70 gram Bags and 300 gram Egg Noodles. Egg Noodles are dried noodles.
60 gram cups and 70 gram bags come with flavors such as chicken, beef, tomato, traditional, curry and vegetable along with ready-made sauces while 300 grams of Sofra Plain and Egg Noodles are packed without any additional ingredients. The delicious noodles of the DUDOMI Sofra types may be prepared by cooking in a pan with butter for 2-3 minutes and then be served mixing with vegetables, chicken, seafood or the sauce of your choice added.
Eris Noodle Factory has BRC, ISO 22000, ISO 14000, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, TSE 4500, Gimdes Halal Certificates. We also established an R&D Center within our factory premises in collaboration with one of the most reputable universities of Turkiye. We have launched some innovative and functional noodle products such Probiotic Noodles and we have many more to come yet.

As well as supplying in the local market, we export our products to more than 40 countries from different regions of world such as Far East, Middle East, South America, Central America and Africa. Eris Flour Mills can produce any types of wheat flour such as the purpose of Bakery, Noodle, Biscuit, Chapatti, Industrial and Animal feed production etc, as per the customer's request.
Our plants are located in Istanbul and we are only 20km away from the port, which enables us to execute swift shipments upon confirmation of the order. Also by the courtesy of our production capacity, supplying big quantities in a short window is not a problem at all.
Having number of brands of ours that we have been exporting for years, we can also use the brand of our customers if requested and possible.
Apart from the Industrial packaging options such as 25 and 50KG PP/Craft bags, we are able to supply our products in retail paper bags in 1, 2, 5 and 10KG craft bags as well as 5 and 10KG PP bags.
