- Design Group
The planning group plays a large role in MESA’s success, particularly in the field of mass housing. The primary targets in the design of Mesa projects have always been safety, functionality, user comfort, economy of space and management, together with ease in building. Feedback has been facilitated and the quality of service improved by the fact that the planning group was under the same roof as the work yard, post-delivery maintenance and sales units.
It has been possible to closely follow fluctuations in user wishes, and to bring about developments that heightened the performance of buildings and components while increasing their lifespan.
More importantly, thanks to the maintenance of the group’s inner cohesion, there has been an accumulation of highly valuable experience and knowledge.
Since its foundation, the design group has planned projects as part of MESA Housing Industries Inc. In 1998, however, it was reconstituted as MESA Project Consulting and Technical Services Inc. and has since been providing services outside the MESA family as well.
- Industrial Group
The quest, in MESA’s construction activities, to raise the level of quality and of production achieved by classical building methods led to the establishment of the companies and facilities that make up the Industrial Group. In the first stage of this quest MESA Manufacturing Industries and Trading Inc. introduced tunnel formwork technology to the MESA Group of Companies and indeed to the Turkish Construction Sector at large. This was followed by MESA Joinery Plant and MESA Precast Building Components Plant.
Thus the integration of industrial plant that began in 1978 with 3,500 sq. m. of indoor area on a lot of 44,000 sq. m. today boasts 264,000 sq. m. of open and 30,000 sq. m. of closed area to make up the MESA Organized Industrial Region, which turns out formwork and scaffolding systems, steel wire mesh, door and window frames of wood, PVC and aluminum, and concrete prefabrication elements.
- Tourism Group
Following a long period of preparation, MESA actively entered the tourism sector in1989, making use of its experience in housing to design and build touristic facilities, some of which it still operates. MESA has created tranquil holiday environments, building model tourism facilities at Sarıgerme near Muğla and at Belek near Antalya, and placing them at the service of the Turkish tourism industry over a period of many years. Currently it continues to provide this service in the Taşucu district of Mersin, with the Pinepark Holiday Village, which boasts a very special shoreline. MESA is continuing its efforts for developments in Antalya's Kaş and Muğla's Bodrum provinces.
Alabanda Travel Agency is in service since 1985, with IATA, ASTA, UFTAA, TI ve TURSAB associations, as an A-class agency providing domestic and international travel services, meeting organizations and Internet travel services.
- Services Group
In the various living environments created, MESA attaches great importance to preserving and improving the quality of the environment while it is being used. Establishing non-profit service companies enables the community to benefit the services.
MESA delivers the homes it constructs with ‘MESA warranty'; adding a dimension to service by maintaining any deficiencies that may occur in the homes after delivery, with its Customer Services Unit.
MESA proved the excellence and professionally of the services proved in for retailer with a variety of domestic and international brands in Istanbul Capitol and Ankara MESA Plaza shopping centers.
MESA Insurance Services Inc. is in service as an A-class agency for AXA, AVIVA ve ERGO Swiss Insurances since 1994.
