Having all the quality certificates ERCIYAS, carries out all kinds of non-destructive and destructive tests in its own state-of-the art laboratories. By taking over 51% of Özbal Steel Pipe Co. ; Erciyas has increased it’s production capacity up to 600.000 Mtons/year and it has become one of the Europe’s largest spirally welded steel pipe producer in general. In addition to this, the geographical advantage, quality management and competitive pricing carried ERCIYAS to become the 25th biggest exporter of Turkey as well as the leader of the Turkish pipe exporters.
We are proud to inform that Erciyas is close to accomplished one of the biggest gas pipeline project TANAP (Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project) covering 56" & 48" O.D. with 0.765" & 0.656 W.T. of HSAW Pipes this year and delivered approx. 165km of 56” O.D.
